Until a few months ago, the term Metaverse" was an occasional investment buzzword. Recently, Facebook has changed its name to Meta. More and more people start to talk about it. Major companies are investing in or promoting research into the underlying technologies needed for the Metaverse. Oculus, which is owned by Facebook, became an important part of the Metaverse in terms of hardware. Last year, Quest 2 hit the market being the first affordable and easy-to-use VR headset.

Team Project: Research on Airline Services Quality
We are a consulting group that helps businesses to solve problems by analyzing data and making reports to them. Recently, we are helping a travel agency that has suffered a lot during the pandemic of Covid-19 and is trying to regain the market share and generate more profits covering the loss and debt it had during the spread of the virus. Since they have already built a strong relationship with multiple airlines and have a really good reputation among their existing clients, we are aiming to help them to choose appropriate airlines that can offer better services and travel experiences for customers on the go.

Diamonds, as jewels, why are they so expensive? As we all know, the bigger the carat, the more expensive the diamond. However, why are there diamonds of the same carat at different prices? What determines the price of a diamond? Can we use previous data to predict the price of a diamond before it has reached the market and been priced? With these questions in mind, I began my research.
My data is originally from 2017 Tiffany & Co's snapshot price list. I used different features given by the dataset to predict the diamond price.
